Let’s learn how to bulk import orders.

1. First head over to the Create Orders Page.

1. Read the instructions for bulk import highlighted in the yellow box. This will come in handy.
2. Go over to the top right of the dashboard and clidk Download Bulk Template.

1. Open the file with the template of your choice. In my case, I’m using Excel. First let’s expand the columns so we can see all the column names.

5. If you already have your own system for capturing your customer’s details , you can copy and paste your information into this template or type into this page directly.

1. You can also refer to the Products Page in the web app or use the 2025 Products Range and Pricing in the partner’s guide and open the window side by side to find the relevant information.

1. In the Products and Pricing Page, each row indicates the Product ID, followed by the name. Besides it, Price, followed by Country and whether there is Meat Delivery or Self Collection available and photos.
