Here’s some reason when you would want to cancel an order

• You customer decided to cancel the order
• You need to make a change to the type of product
• You need to change the participant’s name.

To cancel an order, head over to the individual pages of the order you have created and click on the cancel button towards the right of the screen.

I am not able to cancel my order do to some error, How?

The cancel button is no longer available because the order has already been carried fulfilled by the supplier. To ensure that work goes smoothly, we recommend you verify the customer’s information before it is being carried out.
